I am curious about aging some of Avery's big BA beers, such as Uncle Jacob's. Anyone have experience aging it? I'm assuming it would age like bourbon county - best with a couple of years on it, but then fading after that. However, the really high alcohol content of the UJ might prevent fading?

I'm curious about this too. I have a 2013 Uncle Jacob's and am wondering how long I should hold on to it

Pretty common knowledge here guys that any beer breaking 13% can be aged for several years. There's also plenty of people giving their own reports on specific beers if you search around.

I drank a 2011 (i believe batch 1) in 2014. It aged amazingly - was better than fresh, imo.

Uncle Jacobs ages really well. Haven't had a bottle that was older than 2 years old, but it was definitely able to age longer that 2 years.

Uncle Jacobs WAY better (IMO) aged than fresh. 2+ years. Buy one, forget about it. Find it, rejoice. Drink.
