Make sure the first thing you do when you wake up is drink a beer. Problem solved.

    You'll thank me later.

don't stop drinking so early. maintain your buzz until bedtime. then drink at least a pint of water and put a pint of water at your bedside. every time you become slightly conscience during the night take a chug of water, by morning the cup should be empty. In the morning eat something substantial and have another pint of water.

The best cure is prevention, if your body says don't drink 4/5 beers don't. Drink 2-3 make them lower abv stuff if your out. My limit out is two regular strength 1 high octane if I'm driving. At home it's easier to slow it down.

While that is certainly possible, the far more common reason that people often overlook is a histamine sensitivity. Sulphate/sulphite allergies are actually incredibly rare. Since they are used in so many things, that uncommon allergy is generally diagnosed long before you hit drinking age.

Start your drinking a little later in the day. Have plenty of liquids before you even start. Eat food sometimes. Don't sober up three hours before bedtime cuz your head will ache. It's all about time management for me anyway. And pace yourself!

Keep drinking when u wake up to stay drunk and take Tylenol pm(power medicine)....

But in all seriousness, I carry a 1 liter thermos of ice water(no lemon) with me to work each day. Kill it in 3/4 of the day. Then when I have a 12oz or bomber at midnight even with 4-5 hours of sleep tops, (kids) I'm still ready to go at 6am. Also I don't know if you drink soda but I completely cut it out to avoid anything else that is not hydrating

Water is not the culprit... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyponatremia "Sodium loss", through dilution, among other things, is.

I typically do a glass of water per 12oz of beer theory no matter what the ABV. Typically eat a small meal before drinking and then a small snack before bed with a botte of Gatorade. IF I feel like shit in the morning Ill pop 600mg of Ibuprofen with breakfast and im ready to roll.

As other have said, you gotta eat BEFORE you start drinking.
Plenty of water will help too, but it seems like you have that covered, so food should be the priority in my book.

I have used the Gatorade method for years, and it really does work. It works a little bit the next morning if you're hung over, but it works wonders if you pound it before bed the night you're drinking.. I had to drink 2-32oz Gatorades the night I was involved in a high octane(12%+) stout tasting, but I wake up feeling just fine. Keep Gatorade(or Powerade) in your house at all times.

tl;dr, but if it wasn't already covered, please don't take Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen or Aspirin with drinking.

Ibuprofen and Aspirin when drinking more than the recommended daily amount increases your risk of stomach irritation and bleeding.

Acetaminophen can lead to liver damage if you take it in large doses for more than a couple of days; regular heavy drinkers who take acetaminophen and don't eat enough can overtax their livers--popping a few Tylenols after a night or two of heavy drinking won't necessarily send you into liver failure, but there are risks associated with taking it regularly after recreational drinking.

Again, resorting to these guys infrequently for the most significant hangovers isn't horrible if you're otherwise in good health, but relying on them as a consistent life preserver is not medically recommended.

I have a nalgene thats 32oz. Four of those and I have a gallon of water in me. Which I drink every day. Then I make sure I eat something heavy like a burger before drinking. Take my multi vitamin before bed with coconut water. I dont know why this is my routine but it works.

How are you 200lbs+ without eating food on the weekends? I suggest you eat food if you are mildly irritated with alcohol consumption side effects.

Been on an all night bender. You're up at 7am in the shower. Leaning against the shower door. Just remember.

    WE'VE ALL BEEN THERE.
