Ayinger clones and process

    I suppose you could always brew this again in the future, with the correct strain. Maybe take lots of tasting notes on this first batch and then see how round 2 differs.

    How many packs did you buy for this Maibock? You’ll still need a starter if it’s 5 gallons. Although this yeast likes to be fermented warmer so you can get away with less yeast.

    2 packs into a 3L starter yesterday. That puts me close to 2mil per degree Plato in a 5g batch.
