I’m looking for 23 other BAers to participate in the BA 2013 Oscars Pool. If you’re not familiar with how this works, each person makes their picks for each of the 24 categories. Each category is assigned a point value as shown below. The BAers with the highest scores (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will win BEER!! We will be using funofficepools.com to keep track of picks and tally the score so you must register on that website to play. Your user ID must be identical to the user ID you use on BA. Details 1. Open to BA’s in the lower 48 US states only 2. Non-winning BA’s agree to ship a minimum 85oz. (in honor of the 85th Oscars) of wants, locals, or otherwise high quality beer to one of the winners, to be assigned after the game. There is no limit to the amount you can send! 3. Shipping window opens Monday, February 25th (pending assignments) and runs through March 8th. 4. To participate you must have an established trade history or a sponsor who does. Your sponsor agrees to ship a box if you fail to do so. 5. Winners are based on point values with - 1st Highest Score - Receiving 8 shipments - 2nd Highest Score - Receiving 7 shipments - 3rd Highest Score - Receiving 6 shipments 6. Winners are not required to send a shipment, but if they are feeling generous they are more than welcome to send a shipment to the moderator. its a fun idea, especially for movie fans (and there are a lot on this site) wait for folks to get off work, shouldnt be too hard to fill.
Only two other people have expressed interest. I would run this with 14 (including myself) others if we can't get 24.

Its been two days...give it time. LOL. I am running the Sours for Dummies BIF and didn't get to my minimum until the last 48 hours before the deadline.
I would definietly give it more time, but with the Oscars happening on Sunday it leaves little time for everyone to to put in their picks. Also I will be away on Saturday and wouldn't be able to facilitate if there were any problems.
