I know it's not here yet, but does anyone know when we might be seeing it? I know it's been released at the brewery already. I can't wait until it makes it up here!

Hmm I think this is the first year Sierra Nevada produced this beer, must have been something else you saw.

"Due out in January" according to this site.
Here's another thread about it if you missed it. And this post shows that at least somebody managed to get some.
This one is on my absolute must-buy list.

    oh dang.

in other news, found 4 packs of regular Bigfoot at the Ballard Fred Meyer yesterday. anyone know how they got away with selling 6 packs of bigfoot last year with it having such high ABV?

Does ABV limit what can be put into a 6-pack? I thought the shift from 6-pack to 4-pack was just to keep it in line with Hoptimum and Narwhal.

Hmm, i thought most states had laws about the package quantity of high ABV beers? I might be totally off base on this.

I don't think so? Brown Shugga comes in 6 packs still.

Big foot has been in sixers for ages. Its the way beer is sold everywhere but the west coast!

We have 6-packs of Bigfoot here.

I'm confused what you're trying to say.

Merely a commentary that packaging craft beer in six-packs is extremely minimal in the NW compared to the rest of the country. Had nothing to do with Bigfoot - which I assume is available in the same format in WA as it is in the rest of the world. That format appears to be 4-packs this year.

Just buy three 4-packs and you'll have two 6-packs.
Can we talk about BA Bigfoot again now?

On Barrel-Aged Bigfoot, we're told "possibly late January" and "it will be very limited." Keep your eyes peeled, should be in Washington State within the next week...if the trucks are on schedule.

My guess is it will be there next week. It was released all over The NorCal ,bay area , and the valley on 1-25. The stores that did get it were allocated only one case. And it was gone before it hit the shelves in most spots. Be vigilant and be calling your bottle shops next week if you want it. Hth.
