    The base beer is Dirac. I have had it and it is awesome. Tasted it at the tasting room with Wayne. Oh and it releases next weekend.

    Sounds awesome. Love Cigar City stout beer. Let's hope some of this stuff finds it's way over the pond somehow.

    If the base beer is Dirac...sweet jesus. We had that on tap at Hill Farmstead's VIP event, and I thought it was the best beer of the evening.

    How does anyone know the release? No info ever seems to be correct. On a similar thread in south Atlantic forum someone else is saying two weeks away.

    why would they release it before the great american beer fest, thats goig to be their hidden gun unveil it for the world to see then they will start selling it.

    the BASE beer is DIRAC????!!!! and it was aged in cognac barrels!?
    holy crap on a toothbrush!
    man i'd give a lot to get some of this stuff
