I'd like to see the font size increased, the font size that is being used is about the smallest I've seen in any magazine. Not all of us have eagle eyes.

After comparing with several mags, the font size is actually standard and in some cases larger.

Regardless, it's not that simple. Increasing the font size for what's essentially a very small segment of our readers would result in one of two things:
    1. Less content and ads. So less for you, and less for us; and we'd have to up subscription rates to compensate.
    2. More pages, which would increase our printing/shipping costs, require more ads, and a subscription rate increase.
We appreciate the feedback, but I don't see either happening.

You'd probably end up with shorter articles too. Magazine layout is very touchy.

Not as small some other mags, I can at least read it with my 2X readers...

Solution for smaller print: shorter arms.

The small font size would be easier to read if the contrast between the font and background colors was sharper.

    Fer instance:
    Issue 92
The data table on page 22
The picture captions on page 54 and 56

    Issue 95
The data table on page 22
The 'Scores' and 'How We Taste' sidebar on page 59

Might look OK on a monitor but not so much in print.

Thanks for your feedback, your opinion is appreciated. I can understand that the gray text doesn't always pop, especially against a gray background.
