i was told by my hunterdon rep that it will not hit new jersey

 

anyone know if this will be coming to NY, specifically LI? i've been asking around about it for a while now and no one seems to know anything.

In my experience, they do get most things, but really only sell a small fraction of what they get and I am not on their "list" of people that they sell limited things to. Most of the cool stuff they get ends up hoarded in a back room anyway. I have called asking if they got something limited in and was told yes and when telling them to put it aside since I was on my way, they would tell me that I need to call back to talk to dave since he might not sell it to me. Pretty sure they made people submit an essay on why they should be sold a bottle of CBS or something like that...talk about entitlement (although i would definitely open some great bottles with dave if he gave me the opportunity to sit down and read the submissions, i can see it now, all the justifications that people give on why they are WORTHY). I am not a huge fan of those types of business practices and although I have given some business to bellport in the past, I try and reserve my dollars for stores that have the philosophy that the customer is doing them a favor by giving the store our business and not the other way around.

If dave gets it then plenty of other LI spots should get it...the question is more if any LI spots will get it (legally).
