Is this that really hard to find? I've seen a few trade postings for this recently, and I've seen a fair amount of it around me. If so, what could I expect to land for it?
you're in california, of course you'll see a lot! Here in Iowa, we got 10 cases for the ENTIRE STATE. Yes, they had to split cases between stores so some stores ended up either seeing 3 bottles or 0 bottles. That said, I would think it could pull a limited release beer $4$
Really depends on the region. I think for most large distribution areas outside of CA it's a shelf beer with a limit of one or two per person. I live in NY and I've seen it at a bunch of distributors with a one bottle per person limit. They have a great beer locator tool on their site and if you plug in a zip you may be able to extrapolate the amount that they got in the region based on how many stores received deliveries from them recently. You could probably pull some Cigar City or Wicked Weed. Something along those lines, $4$.
Wicked Weed may be a little tough to pull from an NC trader seeing as how we got a bunch in our state what with the new brewery in Mills River and all. Cigar City is a good bet, as would be Funky Buddha or Cycle. Grab some Heady and call it a day
