Damn. Talk about a difficult decision. My top/favorite 4 (I can't do 3. Sorry) breweries are changing all the time just like sometimes I have a taste for certain styles/beers over others.

    AS OF NOW:

    Founders
    Stone
    Lagunitas
    Fat Head's

Weihenstephaner, great choice. Recently had dinner and a bunch of drinks at a restaurant of theirs in the Hackschorr Market in Berlin. Excuse my spelling.

    1. Drie Fonteinen (my favorite everyday bottles AND special occasion bottles)
    2. Hill Farmstead (nearly each style created is incredibly nuanced)
    3. Ballast Point (really 3rd place is a toss-up, but I adore their IPAs the most right now)

    new glarus
lakefront- they don't make huge beers but there's something about drinking a riverwest stein in a riverwest dive bar that's special, and their ipa and fixed gear are world class
    bells/founders- toss up
