Ok, so I’m going to show my true “new-b-ness” when it comes to sours, having the palate to discern. I’m drinking Central Waters Bourbon Cherry Stout now and my taste bids are fooling me, as the tartness of the door county cherries gives a sour taste. Typically, I’m not a sour fan. However, if I’m not crazy with my off the wall taste, I think I’d like bourbon BA sours if I gave them a shot. Suggestions please?
