In two weeks, I'll be traveling to Asheville for my bachelor party with 3 of my best and beeriest friends. I'm looking for suggestions for special beers we should break out for the event OR examples of what delicious beers others have brought out for their bachelor parties.

I'd go to Wicked Weed, Highland, and Pisgah while there for sure. I spent my bachelor party a few years back in a cabin in Boone on Labor Day weekend as well. We went to the High Country Beer Fest, rocked downtown, and generally drank amazing beers at the cabin. Honestly I don't know what you have in your private stock, but take some special bottles (or buy some at Brusin' Ale's) because that just adds to the excitement. Otherwise, buy growlers at the breweries I mentioned.
Pick up some that you can drink a bunch of and still function...like all day IPA or another session beer you like. Then break out the big guns later.
I'd go with whatever beer they serve in the strip clubs. Here best we have is Yuengling so I go with that.
