Press Play under Pasta Jay's on Pearl street is what you seek. Old, dingy arcade with a full (and well stocked with craft beer) bar. Occasionally strippers randomly show up too (not kidding). It's a weird place. I'd also hit up Sundown Saloon. Pro tip with that place: ask for a bottle list. No one orders bottles of craft beer there and you can actually find some really good stuff. Note that this entire bar is... sticky...
Upslope has some pretty phenomenal one-off beers at their new tap room. Especially the citra Pale. The west end tavern has JulyIPA month goin on. Usually have pretty badass lineup and nice rooftop. Nitro is your sole strip club on pearl... kinda.
