Looking for a couple bottles of Backacre while I'm here in Stowe for the week. Is there any available in the area?
Hunger Mountain carries them, but Beverage Brewfest in Ludlow is your best bet. Not very close to Stowe.
Releases only periodic - best chances in Manchester or Ludlow in southern VT closer to where it's bottled. Try calling stores first. No one has it in Stowe, but bottles to drink on premises at Three Penny in Montpelier.
It's not a shelf beer. Manchester got their monthly allotment in yesterday and it sold out in 2 hours.
Was able to purchase a bottle for on-site consumption at a bar in the Montpelier/Stowe/Burlington region at $22/bottle. Was definitely blown away with it. Just wish I could grab a bottle to take home as well. Thanks for the info/advice for everyone.
