Backspace during edit.

Using a tablet with Safari under iOS 8.

occasionally backspacing to eliminate a word will cause the edit to freeze.

Bailing out of the browser and returning seems to reset something so that backspacing can be resumed.

Problem Seems specific to when the word being erased is the last word typed, but....

 

Does not seem to happen anywhere else except here, but it is also the case that I don't do as much posting elsewhere, so yes it could be the iOS/browser combination that has so far only shown up while composing posts on BA. But it does not happen every time. Sometimes back space works fine and sometimes there is a freeze. Puzzling.... I'll be testing it on a few other sites.
