2015 is not the bourbon bomb out of the gate that I remember from 2014, at least to my palette.

I was able to find it for 14.20 at an small bottle shop that is the best on their pricing as well as 13.99 at meijer. Not the best prices I have seen on here, but not far off. Sounds like your stores are marking it up.

Landed in Houston. Talked to my WF beer guy Thursday nite and he said his Founder rep was bringing some in, so went by today and grabbed a 4pack for 14.99. Specs beer guy said they should be selling it on Tuesday. But their website shows it at several stores around town.

If you can go to the burbs...much cheaper. $13/4 pack.

Cracked my first bottle last night. Fantastic! Seems less boozy then prior years. Really balanced. Need to get out and track down another 4 today.

I wanted to cellar the beer at 55 degrees but my fridge on the low setting is colder than that so wrapping it with a towel might help slightly? When this warm spell finishes and the cold Chicago winter quicks in I could set the bottles on my concrete basement floor in a closet away from the heating vent. I should probably drink one now in case I get hit by a bus tomorrow. I've never had a barrel aged scotch ale before

leave it be in the fridge, pour it once you take it out, smell it and taste it, then walk away and come back and visit it. Not sure you need the elaborate wrapping of the beer. Most beers have a sweet spot, this is the best way to find them.

Found it at Jubilation in Albuquerque yesterday on a trip. Wasn't smuggling beer back home so I didn't pick up any. $13 for a 4 pack if I recall.

Had a bottle at a restaurant last night. And it was delicious. First time Ive had it fresh. Had a 2012 bottle last year, but this was a lot more barrell off the bat. Need to go pick up a four pack.

Sorry if this is common knowledge, but does anybody know what barrels they use for this? Do they change it up year to year? Just curious

Got my allotment yesterday around the NW burbs of Chicago. The last two years it has seemed much easier to obtain. I recall in years past stores selling it by the single bottle...

Where have you seen it at? While I haven't looked too hard for it, I have't come across it yet.

Fresh is awesome (just found it in Northwest Indiana) but putting 6-12 months on it takes it to a new level.
