Reminds me KBS a lot. Will get more, if there any left to age for spring

 

Bought some at Discount Liquors in Milwaukee.

 

Has hit the Western burbs of Chicago as people have mentioned. Depending on the Binny's you go to, some have limit's, others do not. Picked up a case easily earlier in the week. Got a case discount as well Cheers!

 

Picked up a second 4-pack - $14.99 this time. Happy not to see price gouging at the two stores where I've found it!

I got big, big into craft beer a little after the release last year, so I totally missed it. Glad I was able to get some this year. I've labeled them and stuffed them in the stone basement to age. I plan on cracking one or two every year. Hopefully it's the beginning of my first multi-year vertical.

Also, saw my first cases of these for sale in the KC area. $75 for the case. It's good, but I'll use that cash to stock up on some other, soon-to-be-released winter stuff

 

100% this! There are no world class, top notch barrel-aged Wee Heavies like this one! Especially for $14-15 a 4-pack.

 

Correct, there are no other world class barrel-aged Wee Heavies at that price - Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Scotch Ale goes for $10-12 a 4-pack.

 

There is still a bit of this hanging around Nashville. I have a few 4 packs in the cellar now!

 

saw a bunch for ~ $91 a case. I have to pass on it this year. I remember paying $61 before tax for these two years ago.. 50% cost increase no thank you.

 

Had my first one last night. Seems to have a little less bourbon punch than last years. Also was $1 higher than last year in Ohio $15.99/4.

 

I picked up both in the same store and BB was $15.99 and CWBBSA was $17.99

 

Yeah CW isn't that price around here. I paid $13.99 for BWB and I think the same $17.99 for CW (although different stores).

 

That's a bummer. I live in MD (which doesn't get Central Waters) but travel to WI periodically and CW barrel-aged releases are generally around $10.

 

Picked up a 4 pack at Warehouse Beverage in South Euclid for $15.99. They still had about 3 cases left.

 

The fresh BA 4pks have not been below $12 anywhere in WI for some time, with most stores now at $12.99-$14.99. The bombers of Rye Barrel Chocolate Porter were under $10.

 

Yummy, yummy BB! It's a sure fine.

 

I had it on draft. Good stuff. Maybe better than last year.
