Brookline Liquor Mart and Reservoir Wine and Spirits had it today, should be hitting this week in majority of places.

How is it? I saw it at my store but kind of balked at the price. Grabbed a Brown Shugga 6-er for $10 instead.

Sorry, don't want to have this become a price thread. If it's worth $4 a bottle I'll pick it up. I've spent much more on other bottles.

Depends what you like. I think its a must have every year. I buy a 4-pack and drink about 1 per month going through the winter. Super smooth, nice caramel and toffee notes, balanced very well especially for a beer over 11%. Worth every penny for me at $4/bottle.

$12 a four pack at Wegman's, with no buying limit — there were five four-pack's left at Chestnut Hill as of yesterday afternoon.

The cost definitely went up this year, but a lot of stores have failed to realize it. A 4pk should cost $17-18 now, but some stores are still at $12-13. Do with that what you will.

I too like to pick this beer up and then have a couple over the colder darker winter months. That being said, Redstone Liquors released theirs Thursday of last week and I was unable to get there then. I worked Friday, and that evening I went to Redstone to see if 1 was left as they were doing a 1 four pack per customer. Ahh the Beer Gods!! I got the last one! Also got the last of Double Bastard Depth Charged. Figured I may buy a lottery ticket too, was feeling lucky!
