Bad/Funny FICTIONAL Brewery Name

    A recent discussion on good names for a new brewery morphed into a pretty funny (IMO) chat on potential bad names. Maybe my buddy and I are the only people who find this humorous... but here's one of my favorites:

    Wharmpess Beer from How I Met Your Mother. Odd coincidence that they mention Greensboro, VT because the episode this stems from aired well before anyone had ever heard of Hill Farmstead.

    It's like calling yourself Second Best Brewing - you're telling the world, hey - we make good stuff - we're almost a great brewery. Like I said - maybe that's only funny to me.

    So if an underdog athlete came out of nowhere to win a silver medal in the Olympics, got some endorsement money, used the cash to open a brewery, Silver Medal Brewing would be a bad name?

    Personally, I wouldn't mind owning the second best brewery in America. But I'd open it in North Dakota. Let's how many people would come stand in that line in January!

    Its not a brewery name, but a buddy and I decided that the flagship brew at our never to be created brewery would be called Shitz Kriek.

    You have obviously spent too much time thinking of that.
    How about "Congratulations you participated ribbon Brewery"
    Maybe a 10 yr old didn't win the school science fair but was given $100 by his grandfather and decided to invest it wisely and by the age of 21 was able to open his own craft brewery. True story...

    The Tommy and Rumble radio show used to do a fake ad about the Dickens Cider company. I think that would be a funny one for a hard cider.
