I was hoping that it wouldn't come down to this, seeing as how you knew in advance through your conversation with the OP, that he warned you a *Bad Trader* thread was going to happen if you didn't make good on your end. Which, has been about (2) months and your trade partner being very very patient and willing to work with you. You've also been tagged multiple times and this thread has been linked to your page, but yet still no response.

I've read the entire trade conversation multiple times just to make sure I didn't miss any detail. Each time I read the conversation I was just as appalled as the previous time on how you handled this whole trade situation, let alone *sending a bottle with a broken seal* to your trade partner *knowingly as you stated in the conversation* and claiming that its no big deal. Along with all the other *excuses* by you in the conversation, I do want to share an excerpt from the convo for the community, as below are your exact words:

"I don't care if I don't trade on Beer Advocate ever again. I don't like they way you handled the situation and I have no inclination to help you."

Normally I don't like to give ultimatums, as we moderators like to see things worked out amongst trade partners, but in this case, it seems fitting. If it matters, this decision was agreed to by @morsetx and I.

You @Gatorcatcher have (72)hrs from this post to come on here and *sincerely* apologize to your trade partner and publicly announce how you are going to make this right. Anything short of that or failure to post within (72)hrs with the above stipulations and your account will be terminated.

The clock is ticking.....

@morsetx , what beers are you out besides the bc rare? And was the rare a '10 or a '15?

 

Waiting for Super Tuesday results; possible apology from @Gatorcatcher or probable permanent banning of @Gatorcatcher. Hope you do make things right before the deadline. Pretty shitty so far but they gave you a chance to make amends with @morsetx. Do it dude.

 

Looks like the deadline has come and gone. Shame that he couldn't come here and own up.

 

Your right, it is a shame. In the end, I think we all can agree that the community & site are better off without these types of BA's.
