One of his prior trades it is mentioned that he printed out the label and waited until he got the bottles before shipping.
Does the tracking number show it has been shipped yet?
Did you send/accept a trade request?
What beers are we talking about?
His profile shows another open trade. Lets see if that person got their bottles

Probably, beer mail them, someone probably has it, hopefully you can text the guy and see what is going on.

 

I am the other open trade with @Jtmorgan0203 . I have a very similar experience with Tyler. First contact on 9/12 and after some sporadic conversation agreed to terms of a trade on 9/15. Seeing that he had 10 completed trades with 9 out of 10 positive reviews, i didn't hesitate to ship. I did not hear from him for some time and I didn't press it because he is in Florida and a hurricane had just blown through. When I did hear he said that he had not received my package. I checked the tracking and it showed delivered and even gave a specific location and time. Again no contact for 2 weeks. Then a message saying he found the package and mine would go out the next day. He also gave me a FedEx tracking number that will not show up in the FedEx system. That was on 10/12 and that was the last I heard from him. I'm calling It a total loss at this point and hope no one else has any trouble with him.

 

Aside from the fact this guy hasn't sent boxes and is now nowhere to be found, if he is waiting for other people's boxes to arrive before shipping and not stating this up front, that is complete BS. But of course never sending the box at all is the problem here.

Wtf is wrong with people, stealing beer , really, people really suck sometimes.

 

The Bad Trader forum had gotten pretty quite. All of the sudden it has unfortunately gotten very busy.

 

I hope the guy has an explanation....... but it's looking very bad ATM.

There's is nothing more I can do than apologize. I have both boxes, they're being dropped off at the FedEx today. I got stuck in San Francisco for work; no excuse. I understand your frustrations and never had the intention of burning you. I've been burned, wasn't waiting around for te beers I'm shipping you. I purely just got swamped with work, I really am sorry about it. I deserve the bad trader thread.

As you could see I hadn't even jumped on to check my inbox. I'll be working on sending additional boxes to both of you in the future for nothing in return given the delays.

 

Good of you to show up here and apologize. Hopefully the boxes go out like you said. OP did say that you stated you shipped his box, that doesn't jive with your explanation, but get the boxes to these people. You have the beer they shipped, you may have already drank it, not cool at all these two people have received squat.

 

you're right and I agree; I've sent them both threads telling them whenever they see something down here they want I'll buy and ship as it's the least I can do.

 

also please provide your phone number or secondary contact information to them so they can "remind you" if you get behind... again. good on you to get on and at least provide some reasoning/excuses.

 

Glad to see the explanation. Just curious about a couple things.

1. Were you seriously waiting for their boxes to be delivered before you would ship?

2. Why give them the tracking # and print the label but not ship the beers? You can see where this is sketchy behavior which doesn't exactly jive with your explanation of simply being "busy". You understand that providing that number means someone is taking your word that you have shipped the box, right?

Also, if you are busy, don't trade beers.

This is all bullshit.
It doesn't jibe with the facts. He told these people he shipped and gave them tracking numbers. If something came up he would have dropped a line saying there was a problem.
In my book he is simply a thief that got caught. He was counting on them not doing anything. Frankly that would have worked with @jpatag66 Who had chalked it up as loss until he saw this thread. I'm willing to bet there are others out there that he burned.
So @Jtmorgan0203 you can keep on lying but know you aren't fooling any of us.
