    We have guys who post stupid shit get banned on this site. How come the same doesn't apply to guys who stole beer and continue to use the site (salt in the wounds of those wronged)? Honest question.

    I'm guessing because the Bros. don't want to be involved and start policing it. The trading and any consequences are on us.

    It does. I know of a few that immediately come to mind that have been removed. Then again, I know that at least one of them is back on here under a different name.

    Doesn't matter the reason behind why you get banned, people always come back. Its not hard to change your IP address and start over. From what I've noticed the bad traders that get banned, its because they're a lightning rod for shit storms, not really because they're bad traders.
