Bad Trader Rlgrigorian (resolved)

    We are going in circles, I am done responding to every single post. I think I proved my point and I don't think I did anything out of line in the process

    Here is all the matters -
    -@rlgrigorian didnt tell me I had to ship FedEx at time of providing address (he is at fault for this)
    -I shipped early (I am at fault)
    -@rlgrigorian didn't ship on Monday because he was waiting to see if my box would get jacked

    It is obvious he lied or was deceitful about the timing of the snow to cover up he chose not to ship Monday.

    I know he isn't going to do what is necessary to make this right. You are completely insane if you think I am going to go ahead and do this trade now.

    I would discourage everyone on BA from dealing with him

    I do think it is sketchy for the recipient to hold his beer due to his distrust of a shipment company...but...

    Since no one got their beer and neither party is interested in an amicable resolution, I think their history should be removed.

    Unfortunately, one party is out of beer and shipment expense, but even though the recipient knew there was a greater risk, ultimately it is FedEx's fault.

    Separately, maybe someone should look into potential unethical practices at this local FedEx. Is someone opening boxes without cause, to steal beer? Does someone have a higher rate or track record of damaging boxes, possibly intentionally? It makes little to no sense for one area to be more susceptible to lost or damaged boxes, but I've experienced a similar issue shipping to the Philadelphia area.

    I think this should just be a "No trade" situation and all feedback be removed. @Todd could that be done? This is a no win situation and both parties have some fault.

    also @Rlgrigorian you may want to put a not on your profile letting people know to not ship Fedex to you. I know I look at the profile of everyone I am trading with if it is the first time.
