Bad Trader situation resolved: @bikesnbeerFtc

Is it considered stealing if I take something from a store with a five finger discount, only to come back and pay them for it a month later? I'm not running a layaway program here.

 

0 posts for a month and then absolute gold!

Doing anything that could result in someone losing there job is just not cool at all in my opinion. I can see trying to reach out to the guy, even calling the employer to see if you can speak to him, but that is it.

I've never had 'Fou either, but I would assume most people don't have multiples lying around ready to be traded. Given that another bottle was secured to make it right does tell me the guy is trying to resolve the issue. No just to wait and see if it gets delivered in one piece.

I would assume that @bikesnbeerFtc has learned to respond in a more timely manner after this.

 

The irony of this convo compared with OPs profile picture is too much.

 

My favorite thing in any bad trader thread is when it exposes multiple people I don't want to trade with.

Please DO NOT post personal information on the site (Beer Advocate) for public display. If there is a "situation" where info is needed it can be given to the moderators in a message and we will handle/use accordingly for internal purposes. Until then, let's try to keep beer seperate from work, family life, etc. Life's too short.

Also, *over communication* is better than *minimal* or *no communication*. That seems to be a reaccuring theme in these threads.
