Agreed, I don't love USPS but it's definitely the fastest for shipping hops from the west coast.

 

Irrespective of what you can fit in a USPS shipping box, their tracking is horrendous relative to Fedex/UPS. It's indisputable. OP's tracking number has not been updated in 10 days and still shows an expected date of 26 May. Their estimate of point b is 5 days off already and they've yet to update their point b ETA. Meanwhile neither shipper nor recipient know WTF is going on with the package by looking at the status updates.

Regardless of what happened to OP's package, this tracking status by USPS is pathetic. And it's not an exceptional situation. Not sure what other evidence one would need to be critical of USPS updates.

 

I'm glad this is working out, but on another note...you have (9) registered trades under the feedback system and your partner has (2). Safe to say that the both of you can learn from this in moving forward.
