    From Bad Weather:
Introducing our STORM CELLAR SERIES, a line of unique brews. These special release beers will be available in 750 mL bottles and limited draft. The series will include experimental and unique beers designed to compliment our current line up and will be very limited in production.

SCHOKO-WEIZEN is a Chocolate Dunkelweizen. We use classic Hefeweizen yeast to give this brew rich banana and clove flavors, with notes of toasted bread from the dark wheat. Schokolade is the German word for chocolate, so we added cacao nibs to give SCHOKO-WEIZEN its rich chocolaty finish. This is a fitting style to launch our Storm Cellar Series, as Dunkelweizen was the first style of beer co-founder Joe ever brewed. Enjoy one of these while it lasts... Prost!

SCHOKO-WEIZEN will be kicking off on October 19th at New Bohemia at 8 PM! We worked with New Bohemia to create a brew that would be perfect for their first anniversary celebration. New Bohemia will be the only place to get the beer on draft!

Wasn't this on cask at New Bohemia Fest a few weeks ago? It was Schoko something from Bad Weather.

Shocko-Weizen is coming to stores as a limited release 750ml bottle next week too. We are really excited to be hosting Zach and Joe, the Bad Weather co-founders, at Heritage this coming Thursday the 24th from 5-7 to release this beer at our store. We'll have free samples, Shocko-Weizen for sale, and a few fun treats up from the cellar.

Yep, the test batch was on cask a few weeks ago. We're really excited for this release and couldn't be working with two better guys than Joe and Zac.

Related note, I see the Windvane and Firefly Rye are out in sixers now. Anyone tried these..thoughts? Especially intrigued by the rye offering!

Firefly is good. It's a smooth drinking pale ale so if you are expecting something more hop forward this isn't it.
