Sorry about the old post, found this on the Bahamian Brewery's facebook.

In the wake of Hurricane Dorian’s devastation, we grieve with our fellow patriots of The Bahamas and all those affected by this historic tragedy. As deeply concerned as we all are for the living, we take pause to bless the lives that have perished. A Bahamian life taken is a grave loss to us all.

At this time our internal efforts are focused on accounting for all one hundred plus Bahamian Brewery & Beverage and Jimmy's Wines & Spirits staff and their immediate families presently in Grand Bahama and Abaco. If you have information regarding a loved one from our team, please get in touch with us directly by calling: ‪242-603-2337‬

As damage assessments continue and recovery efforts are underway on these islands, please keep our ‘BBB Family’ in prayer. We pledge to do everything we can to offer support and relief, just as soon as we can properly assess their immediate needs.

The heart of our 100% Bahamian business is in Grand Bahama. We can confirm that our Freeport based brewery has suffered major damage and further evaluations will be necessary towards its operational recovery- though secondary to our humanitarian aid.

Quoting our brother in Grand Bahama: “We’re Bahamians. We’re not going to stop until we get everybody.”

    Yours faithfully,
    James “Jimmy” Sands

Drank a lot of Sands when I was in the Bahamas, thought it was a large brewery beer.

    Enjoy
