so i spoke to BP yesterday and they said it will hit national distro in draft and in twelve ounce six pack format, with "limited" distro, they wouldn't give me exact quantities or anything but they said if you got Grapefruit Sculpin or victory at sea you should except to see this on shelves as well, but being a new beer and all i suppose hype may make it fly off the shelves a bit faster then those beers though.

    Sounds tasty.

Usually not a fan of cream ales, but this one sounds promising. Ballast Point really knows how to incoporate vanilla into their beers.

I'll definitely try some once it gets here, though I wish it had a little more kick to it.

Got a 6 pack at Cask N Flask in San Jose. I agree it'd be awesome in cans. Sort of tastes like cream soda, and I love cream soda.

I've never been a fan of cream ales, but now that coffee's involved. I'll give this a try.

wish coffee cream ales were more of a thing. Regular Coffee and Cascade's Oblique Coffee Blonde are both amazing and show that the style can be pulled off well in both sides of the abv spectrum.

really really looking forward to this. love the style.

It's odd to see people talk about whether or not they like cream ales in this thread. Once you add coffee and vanilla, it really doesn't matter. I wouldn't call this a cream ale even if Ballast Point does. I guess brewers can't resist the novelty/marketability of coffee and "cream."

Had it this weekend, buddy got a sixer at the brewery. Very coffee forward, like cream soda but crisp and less sweet. Good with ice cream
