Or I can snag that Sierra Nevada 4 way IPA 12 pack for like $14.50

I have some cans of Grapefruit Sculpin in my fridge right now. Always fantastic, but it can be tough to pick up sometimes at the store when I see other comparable brews running for slightly cheaper.

Walked right by this. It was under $30.

They definitely need to work on their pricing. With prices like that, they'll never be able to sell that company for any real money.:astonished: They clearly don't know what they're doing.

Constellation Brands has to get that Billion back. LOL
Would much rather have a sixer of Grunion @ $9.99 if they could find away to get some fresh sixers on the shelf. IMO

so same price as a pliny 6er or half as much as a pliny 12 pack, not too bad.

They must be trying to pay off the debt incurred in the acquisition. I like regular and grapefruit Sculpin but I wouldn't pay that price.

I suppose so. I saw Sucaba on the shelf this week at $24.99 but didn't feel the need to start complaining to the world. Would I buy a 12-pack of Sculpin for $33? No, and from other posts it seems like the store had some above MSRP (like the Sucaba above).

Anyway, the "Sculpin is overpriced" horse has been beaten to death.

That I'll agree with. It comes up at least once a week. It is true though. Cheers and have a good weekend sir.

They will never lower prices because people will pay. A great bar beer but no way at that price.

If people keep paying, they will keep selling....great beer for an occasional buy.....

Just paid $26. I feel ok with that. It's all about a month old. It just kept calling my name and pineapple , well that was the real hook.

Grunion was $14 when I first saw it not its $10.99 and cases are $40.

    Enjoy

I've always loved Sculpin and grapefruit sculpis spot on. Haven't had the pineapple. Still, the one thing that has always kept me from buying it more often was the price.

When I lived in San Diego I opted for the growlers. Much fresher, better, and cheaper. I won't be picking up this 12, if only because I can't drink a 12 of big IPA's fast enough. They'd be in the fridge for months and months.
