Gonna go down in a few weeks. Gonna stay in inner harbor

Looking for few places to pick up some beer or places to stop

May only have time for one brewery. I know duclaw is on way home
Also gonna hit stateline on way home.

Which is better duclaw or heavy seas.

    Any recommended other places

Would to get some boulevard and new belgium

    Thanx.

Beer Bars: Alewife, Max's, Mahaffey's, Pratt Street Ale House
Stores: State Line will have all of the Boulevard/New Belgium you need. You can drive to Wine Source for shopping as well, and just down the road is Union Craft Brewing. Definitely the brewery worth hitting up in the area.
Food/Brews: Heavy Seas Alehouse has fantastic food and all of their year rounds on draft. A few cask lines, and had BA Siren Noire on last weekend. Brewer's Art is another place to go for great food beer as well as Stillwater's Of Love and Regret. BA/OLaR are both a decent drive from where you'll be staying.

Sounds like Gregkoko has got you covered pretty well. In answer to your one question (which is better, DuClaw or Heavy Seas), obviously, that's a matter of opinion. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of DuClaw beers, though the bourbon barrel devils milk I had a Max's the other day was pretty decent. By and large, I think Heavy Seas makes the better beer, especially when it comes to the lower alcohol stuff.

If you only have time for one brewery, I'd go with Brewer's Art, as it's fairly close to the Inner Harbor (it's a lot closer than OLAR is), and I think both their food and beer is very good. Also, if you plan to hit State Line anyway, then I wouldn't bother going to any other beer store in Baltimore (especially as it sounds as if your time is limited). They have an outstanding selection of beer, with good prices to match (go online and fill out a club membership before you go so you can save some money on purchases - it cost nothing to join). Good luck.

Max's Taphouse is great. They have 100+ beers on tap and hundreds of bottles with good bar food.
