I was working today so my weekend starts tonight and against all good reason I'm going to hit the Toon despite it being rammed with part timers.

What are/have you been up to beer-wise this weekend?

    Toon Quayside and Ouseburn tonight.
    Gateshead Beer Fest tomorrow.
    The Boat House fest Monday
Market Street Police station/A&E dept thereafter.

I'm still super saturated in food and drink these days but I have been trying to reduce my intake. Just a a can of Gamma Ray with my supper tonight and that's it.

No, it's a damaged knee ligament. I never abuse my Liver at beer fests, always drink plenty of water and know when to stop. The days of getting bladdered are long behind me, can't see the enjoyment of a hangover.

    The can translated by google
'brewed in accordance with the principles
    Strong oak
traditionally brewed, slowly and carefully. The real experts are acknowledged his amber's colours and rich flavour'
