Hey guys. Heading into Bar Harbor for a couple days later this week. Looked through the BA guide and found a few options, namely: McKays, Blaze, Finback, Rupununi, Lompoc I figure we'll check out Atlantic Brewing at some point, but was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/ comments on any of these or any other recommendations in/ around MDI. Blaze, House Wine, Bar Harbor Beer Works. Aside from those there isn't too much. Plenty of fun bars and food but not many options for big craft lists. Although Rt 66 might have some MBC from time to time. Certainly check out Atlantic Brewing Co and the smokehouse on premise. Bar Harbor Brewing for the hell of it since its right downtown. Love it up there, but bring stuff with you. My wife and I had a blast up there one year ago. Edit: Finback is fun and good eats.
Blaze. I've only been there twice but they've had fantastic beers on tap each time I went. Rare stuff like KBS that I have no idea how they got up there in the first place. The staff has been super friendly and knowledgable both times and their food is great too, especially if you like duck.

I usually hit up McKays when I am there. The beer selection is usually not huge, but it has several quality beers. The food is amazing.
