Hi BA, Heading up to Bar Harbor for our "mini moon" after the wedding September 14th-20th and before the honeymoon to HI in Feb. I've been to Atlantic and Bar Harb Brew and Mainly BBQ. Outside of those (which we'll do again) I can't remember much of the bars and places to check out since our last trip was in 2012. Any recommendations for places to grab a good pint, food, fun? Of course we're going to hike and swim the s*&t out of Acadia again! We're staying right downtown so can walk anywhere.
Just got back from Acadia a few weeks ago. Blaze was a favorite of mine in Bar Harbor. I checked out the draft list at Finback's Ale House and the McKays Public House in town. All were promising. Blaze also has a nice outdoor dog friendly bar to sit at and drink all the Marshall's Wharf you can.
Also a fan of Blaze's pizza and beer list. House Wine at 227 Maine St. has a good selection, including Maine Beer Co. and Marshall Wharf.
