Barcade eyeing Boston as possible new location

Boston is lacking this kind of establishment.

 

Not that I remember it having good beer but I miss drinking and playing games at Good Time Emporium. I would definitely spend some time at a local Barcade.

 

This business plan would absolutely flourish in Burlington given the recent influx in students studying game design up here.. Granted it'd turn into the most socially awkward bar on the planet, but it'd still do obscenely well

 

Awesome. I was at Barcade in Brooklyn a few months ago and had a blast. Great craft beer and it only has classic arcade games you would have popped quarters into in the 80's - nothing modern or gimmicky. They don't do food at all though, so I'd imagine that's one of their big reservations about Boston. Aside from the hassles of food, greasy hands and old arcade machines don't mix terribly well.
