Non-trader here looking to possibly trade for some Barley John's beer. I'm guessing they don't bottle. Do they do growlers and, if so, what sort of trade would get me a couple? I'm in Eastern WA so don't get quite the amount of awesomeness they do west of the cascades, but I could certainly do local growlers or something. Forgive my noobishness.

The reason I'm breaking from my normal non-trader status is that years ago my wife worked for John and so there's some nostalgia there. They have a beer she's talked about called "Wild Brunette" and I saw on their FB page something about "Wild Wild Brunette" as a special release.

p.s. Before anyone asks, she is a wild brunette but not the wild brunette.

Correct, they don't bottle, just growlers. Other than Dark Knight, there isn't much market for their beers, so not sure how their growlers will travel. I'd assume locals would do it for any standard growler.

They keep their web site up to date very well, so what you see is almost surely what can be picked up in growlers. They're having a sale today on growlers.

Edit: while I really like most of their beers, there is quite a bit of batch variation...the place is beyond tiny. Little Barley Bitter is one of the best low ABV beers I've ever had & almost always the first beer I order when I'm there.
