I've been impressed with their canned beers and faintly remember some chatter about Rosie's or Dark Knight being canned? Any new info on this? Would be highly interested in purchasing as long as we're not talking huge prices like their growlers of those beers....would gladly pay a little more per ounce though vs Darkness, GIBBS, etc...

Dark Knight was out around a month ago and I believe I paid roughly $10 for a 16oz can. Heard Rosie's would be canned at some point, but haven't seen it. Would love a 4pk of that.

Dark Knight just saw release in cans a couple weeks back. Probably still some lingering out there, but they came with a hefty price. $10 or so for a 16oz can.

Not sure when Rosie's will be released, but guessing the schedule at the production facility is different than the 3 year rotation at the brew pub. Can't imagine them being much cheaper, if any, than Dark Knight.

I think Dark Knight sold out rather quick, so if you find a can, you're in luck.

I know that Tournament in Blaine still had Dark Knight when I was there a week ago so I'm sure there's still places around that have it. Pretty sure it was $10-12 so that's why it's probably hanging around.

I saw a couple of Dark Knight cans at North Loop the other day. Pretty sure they were in the $10-12 range too.

Purchased 15 cans of Dark Knight about 2 weeks ago. Had one can and returned to the store the next day to make an exchange. I kept 2 cans in case my taste buds were off that night -- but I don't think they were.

Sitting on a can, haven't had it yet. What was wrong with it, in your opinion?

Perhaps it was infected, I'm not sure. But it just didn't taste right -- like something I never tasted before so it is very difficult to describe. I didn't get much barrel character and it was water thin. My wife loved it but she's not much of a drinker. I kept 2 cans in case my taste buds were on vacation that night and recently thought about cracking one open.

I just opened one for science and am glad to report it is fantastic. I am down to 2 cans and am not the least bit worried. I hope BeerPugz had the only bad can.

I had a similar experience. Not all all what I remember this beer being like on tap

Just to update -- I opened a can tonight and it was fabulous.

So, the first time I tried it either there was something wrong with the can (infection), just a bad day for my palate, or something I ate prior to drinking affected my palate.

People say it's not worth $10 a can, but I would have to disagree with that. I regret returning 12 of the 14 beers the next day. Oh well, at least I have one can left lol.

    Cheers!

Be on the lookout for the maibock coming out soon. Two words. Double decoction. Really good stuff.

My brew buddy just texted me saying this is pretty good. I haven't had it but plan to look for it.

Bought 6 of The Dark Night during release had 4 within the 1st month all fantastic!! Just opened one today way over carbonated with a metallic tartness very little BA presence and mouth feel is off. Not exactly terrible just off with BA and velvet texture.
