I made a batch of barley about 2 years ago. It was really good, just found the recipe when I moved the fridge. I gave out a couple bottles and kept the rest. It aged around 3-4 months before my assistant brewer and I tried it (i actually disguised it as another bottle to make sure he would give an honest effort as this was one of the first few batches i/we (his first) had ever made.he was impresses as well as I was. Luck right?) So here's the weird question. We bottled the whole batch, mostly bombers. On 2 (that I witnessed) while pouring into the glass, and after the pour it went from a cloudy brown, and then you could watch the transformation into a very clear red. It was very cool, and of the bottles that went out someone, only 1 said they noticed the same thing(bomber) has anyone had anything like that? Any reason why that happens? I'd love to repeat it. Thanks for any feedback.

Were these bombers stored on their sides or on their bottoms?

Is it similar to what happens when a nitro beer is poured? Or a Cask beer? I have noticed a color change in both of these as the gas moves towards an equilibrium immediately after it is poured.
