    Hi fellows!
I need help with a recipe. In this case is a Barleywine. I bought a kit for 20lts and contains 2 tipes of hops. One is cascade (2 oz) and Saaz (0.5 oz). I was looking for a recipe that tell me how and when use the hops.

Sorry in advance, if this isnt the right place to ask help.

    Cheers from Argentina

This is the right spot...but you said you bought a kit. Can you not just brew the kit?

    Did the kit have directions?

If you don't want to go out and buy more hops, I'd do cascade @ 60 (assume 60 minute boil) and Saaz at Flameout, but yeah, follow kit directions if you have those.

Like mentioned above, I'd go with something along this line depending on the bitterness you want to end up with:
    Cascade at 60
    Saaz at 10-20 minutes

How big of a batch and what sort of grains and/or extract are in the kit? What's the yeast situation?

might be too late, but I'd add them all at 60

I'd boil all the hops for an hour...even if it's an English Barleywine as you'll need plenty of bitterness to balance all that malt...edit: better yet, do a 90 min boil/hop
