Is there a website, or anything of that nature that informs one of barrel aged beer release dates? I'm obviously obsessed with them. I had a 2009 Older Viscosity last night. It was f****** delicious.

Keep an eye on the Beer Release forum. That's a good place to start, imo.

I have a few bottle shops that I have liked on facebook and they are pretty good about sending out notifications when they receive new beers of all types.
Also, most brewers will send out notifications on facebook too when they have special releases coming out.
    Hope this helps ya!

Occasionally I read a report in threads similar to this one that Shipwreck can still be found in some bottle shops in northern Michigan if you happen to be traveling in that direction. As far as I know the brewery never released a 2012 version so the 2011 is disappearing from the store shelves, and may now be gone altogether. Good luck.

Best to do what some others said here and follow local feeds, look at beer release threads on here, etc. The problem with lots of BA beers is that due to the very nature of barrel aging, the brewers can't always predict a small window for the release date and they very often get pushed back until they deem the beer is ready.
