Barrel aged Doris?

I'm sure this coming at sometime. I haven't heard anything yet.

 

I've never heard/read anything about a BA DORIS.. but it almost seems inevitable.

 

Agreed, they've been releasing barrel-aged everything else recently, it seems.

 

Yeah I actually do remember reading that.. it feels like a long time ago though.. I'm all for it!

 

I would put money on it then, because Bobby is notoriously 'connected' with information, from Three Floyd's return to Ohio, to various other upcoming releases....

Side note, Bobby's beard has grown in awesomeness since that picture!

 

I'll see if I can get an update, but, yes, at the first BA Naked Evil release almost a year ago there were a couple barrels with DORIS inside!

 

Mmmm, BA DORIS sounds yummy. I'd love if they made it!

Also, I just want to say how awesome it is to live in Ohio where BA BORIS is a shelf beer.

I don't know about BA Doris, but I do know HF is releasing Coffee Silk Porter. That one sounds good, too.

 

They should barrel aged BORIS. I'm not talking about BA Boris. I'm talking about something better!

BORIS is one of the few "base beers" I love that i thought was worse after put in barrels. Someone call Mr. Laffer ASAP

 

What batch? Green cap BA BORIS is amazing. Gold caps were great too, other batches, well, not so stellar but still tasty!

 

You are only about 35/40 min away from the Brewery. You can pick it up there for 13 bucks. Even here south of Youngstown it is usually 14-15. Not sure where you are getting it for 20.

 

$19 on the border of WI/MN, although I often suspect the prices are inflated on beers (like Hoppin' Frog) that don't reach MN, because people know the beer masses must have their out-of-market beers.

I didn't buy at $19. At $14 I would have.

 

vintage estate in boardman is $19 and havanna house in niles is also $19

 

Go to Chalet Premier (a few miles away from Vintage Estate) and its usually 14-15 there. I don't think they had any in stock the last time i was there, but its usually there. I always go there first because they usually kill VE's prices, but the selection is much smaller. Whatever I cant find there I will get at VE.

 

eep, glad my local shops arnt over charging like that >.<

 

101 bottles in kent which is right down the road from the brewery is about the same if i remember right
