    Hey there,

I have a Hill Farmstead barrel aged Everett (bottled Feb-2014) that I'd really love to try side by side with it's non-barrel aged brother. I took notice that in the reviews of BA Everett, it's often mentioned that the beer is too hot on the alcohol / booziness.

Would any of you who drank this one recently advise to age it further, allowing the booziness to fade a little? This worked for me on BCBS 2013, but I had CW Fifteen yesterday that was quite boozy despite it's 2 years on bottle. It was still a very good beer though, I enjoyed every sip.

Thanks for the feedback and/or any tips,
    Mike

I thought it was wonderful in every way. Drink it.

Think that is the shorter of the two recently released ba Everett. Group of us had it a few months ago and it drank well. A bit hot but not overwhelming

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I think it will perish soon. I did try the regular version yesterday evening and it was fantastic, so I'm very curious. Cheers!
