Loved the aforementioned Humidor ipa. The cedar really complemented well.
Zapata Bot was the best ba ipa I have had. The tequila was there but not overpowering. Loved it.

I remember trying and enjoying ST Oak Aged Unearthly a few years back, but again that was just oak, not BA. I don't think ST makes it anymore.

    That sounds like the one!

I very much enjoyed it. A little sweet for some, I'm sure, but I rather enjoyed it.

Beer belongs in the belly not barrels.

Tried Parkway Brewing's Get Bent that was BA in bourbon barrels. It was done briefly and then dry hopped afterwards so still some hop punch but added in a little bourbon and vanilla tones that went well with their IPA.

Don't get why Swamp Head tries to sell 10-10-10 as an IPA. It's American barleywine all the way.

Took a trip up to Portland last summer and saw it on tap at Gigantic, obviously I got it and it was fantastic, the flavors complimented each other quite well.

About BA IPA, people gushed about Project PAM and I honestly thought it was a mess. The sweetness of barrels trying to compete with the bitterness of the hops just doesn't work for me.

Local bar got a keg of @Sixpoint - Willet Bourbon Barrel Aged Signal a few years ago. I loved that beer, I know I consumed at least a quarter of it.
Smoked IPA aged 11 months in barrels then mixed with a fresh batch.

I find rum-barrel-aged DIPA's to be quite good. The rum works so well with the muted hops. Oddsides Scallywagger (rba pineapple) is albeit, unusual, but I find it uniquely delicious. But Witch's Hat's RBA This Guy (not bottled) is sublime.
