    i got one for the sole purpose of opening upon commitment to a ph. d program. i'm almost looking forward to the beer more than the good news it would accompany!

    I'm a fan (though the price point does suck), have had these beers both fresh and aged. Highly recommend holding off for a year or two to age some of the heat off. It is drastically better once it mellows!
