Just curious if most of the barrel aged beers are brewery release only if it is distrubted at all? If so would they be in Alberta by chance? Which ones would you suggest trying first.

Awesome. I'll have to keep my eye out next time I make a trip out. I've had a few of the beers from them and been impressed.

The Dulcis Succubus is at some stores to. If you want all three Willowpark would be the place to go.

What's the price on the bottles? I remember hoser saying that he prefers them over the bruery barrel aged stouts. I can see why as the bruery gives you diabetes.

Most range from 17 to 22, for me I would save my money and skip the barrel aged Punk Rauch, it was disappointing and tasted more like old wood than beer. That said the non barrel aged second Punk Rauch is a lot of fun! As to Bruery yeah sweet beers aren't my thing.

Awesome. They have good sours I've heard as well. Is this true?

True. They sours are awesome. But I would stay away from the BA Imperial stout thought. It's lacking complexity and bourbon. IMO not worth the price tag...

I think there's both BB aged and a regular version under one listing.

Didn't know that. The regular was awful, so I will pass on the BA version if I ever see it. In the interest of full disclosure: I don't like smoked beer.

The date of your rating all that was available was the barrel aged version, and agreed not so good. The non barrel aged version is a nice take on this beer and trying to emulate it. http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/913/14569/

Just had the L'ours last night. Was good but not up to par with other sours including RR.
