Last time Kapow was around it was very dry, almost no malt backbone at all. Not something I want in a Barrier IPA. Has it changed?

Batch variation I suppose. Thought it was pretty dank and vegetal

I completely agree with both of you on both accounts. It's a damn easy beer to drink and it's like a citrus cocktail.

Anyone know when last batch of Money was canned. Local restaurant by me has it in cans, wondering how old it is. They are also selling it at $11 a can, so may be a non-starter for me regardless.

This batch of Suite is legit, wish I had purchased more than a 4 pack.

Agreed man. Didn't care for the first batch as I found it too sweet but I'm drinking one now watching the wind destroy all my corn and tomato plants and it's definitely been tweaked for the better.

This batch of Greenroom is also fantastic. Love a good pale ale. Very balanced with some traditional C hops. I have never been a fan of Greenroom (Barriers best Pale is/was Bittersweet but hasn't been brewed in years) but this batch has turned it around for me.

All in all, Barrier has been on a good run. I hope they can that new Pils called Azores. Fantastic.

I haven't found the Greenroom cans yet but I am excited and hopeful to see something besides IPAs get canned. My Barrier dream is to have $10 4pks of Icculus Kolsch in cans (always) available in beer distributers like I can find Newburgh's Cream Ale.

I didn't even realize they had cans available. I usually find out via their twitter page but there's not one mention. Their last tweet is the 51631 release.

I'm glad that the brewery is finally getting a POS system.

Interesting story behind the release, didn't know about this. From the Facebook event page:

"Both Grimm and Barrier purchased new brewing equipment from the same highly reputable fabricator. The two breweries had made their final payments on these systems, when the fabricator suddenly went out of business! We discovered that our tanks were only partially built, and hundreds of thousands of dollars had vaporized overnight.

This release event celebrates the friendship forged through shared trials and tribulations, after Joe Grimm's overnight flight to Portland to salvage what remained of our tanks. The funds from this release will go to help both breweries complete their tanks."

Yep, pretty sketchy story about this manufacturer going out of business. They screwed a lot of breweries across the country. Google the full story online.
