Got the last bottle of Suburbs at Milk & Hops a few days ago. They were sold out of Money :slight_frown:, and now happen to be sold out of both Money and Suburbs.

Hoping I can find some Money bottles elsewhere

I don't think Money is the best IPA they make - so I guess I'm in the minority about that.
Would love to see more Dunegrass and the new Hop Dam around.

I've heard Dunegrass is fantastic but I've never had the fortune of trying it. @SRBush1974 thanks dude. In my top 5, for sure.

Are you referring to Cairn or 10,000 ft Beard? Is Beard being bottled? If so, is that oak aged or is there a special oak aged version? So many questions.

10,000ft Beard. As far as I know this is the first version and it is oak aged. Maybe its an imperial Cairn. Don't know its being bottled.

Emphasis mine. It looks like St Gambrinus is using label art to promote an event.

No, i think it will only hit reg distro, since it was brewed at Smuttynose...

The SS. C.R.E.A.M. Thread says that only Carton and Barrier will have it, no distro.

Interesting i see that now, i was talking to someone at barrier about this and the assumption was it would be reg distro via smutty, thanks for the correction

That would be amazing - Cairn is one of my favorites, happy to see it around more often lately.

Just got home from the brewery. It did not seem to be an imperial cairn but was god damn tasty! They used peat-smoked malts like Lights Out to brew the beer. Had this wonderful smokey/malty sweet combination that played perfectly together. At first, I couldn't taste the 9.7% and could have crushed the beer in minutes, but as it warmed the booze came out (in a good way).

Polar Pils will be out next week for the annual Polar Bear Swim down here in LB. They will have it all over town and at the brewery. For those interested, it is a great event that has been going on for years and donates all income to the Make A Wish Foundation. Come on you lazy bastards, support a good cause for some good beer!

Stateside Trees (Pale Ale w/ Brett) was awesome. It, along with 10,000ft Beard, will be the next bottles after Feb 6th's release of Morticia and Oak Aged Atypical. I can't wait to see how Stateside develops in the bottle.

This concludes our Public Service Announcement.

I'm pretty sure Cairn uses peat smoked malts too - so sounds like 10,000ft Beard might be quite similar. Might need to pick up a growler or two tomorrow.

Anyone know why some of the old regular beers haven't been around in the last year or so? - Beech St., Antagonist, the Saisons, Craven, Walter, Bumble, etc?

I'll reply about the latter later tn. On my way out.

As for 10.000ft - no growler fills but bottles coming soon!
