I got a bunch of Money bottles on Saturday and it seems way off the mark. The hop character is pretty faint.

Five 500mL bottles set me back $33. :astonished:

Disappointed with Make it Rain--it tasted all Hop Showers to me, was really hoping it would lean more towards Money...but the Half & Half is really good stuff. Huge coffee flavors

I love Half and Half. Since I didn't have access to the forum until yesterday I just wanted to reiterrate that Waimea IPA was a huge surprise to me. Delicious with plenty of bitterness.

This is a borderline wow beer for me. The coffee and chocolate are so on point. I wish I had more than one.

Even IPA's are all the rage and we get excited whenever a new or a fresh older one hits the tap room, I went Thursday night and tried the Bohaliner Weisse. Super solid berliner, really hope that one releases in the summer. Very refreshing beer. Had the Dr. Ruby too, was kinda meh...the NZ hops did help it though.

Yeah I just posted this in WBAYDN and its awesome. Don't like milk stouts but its not sweet, boozy, ashy - just a creamy mouthfeel and bitter coffee. And not thin either - some coffee beers are too thin and taste like watered down coffee. I really like it. Will be getting more.

Does anyone know if they date their bottles? I couldn't find one when i was considering picking up a bottle at a shop.

Everything should be pretty fresh - they've only been bottling for about a month.

I agree. Make It Rain got the majority of the hype train, but I thought Half and Half was the stronger of the two collab beers.

Thanks for answering - it was a bottle of Money.

Hopefully they continue to make some dark beers in the midst of this ipa craze. Barrier makes some great unheralded stouts and porters. The peat smoked Lights Out, the oyster stout and Rembrandt Porter are all great. Barnacle (which i havent seen in awhile) and RipRap too.

Definitely agree with the assessment of this batch of Money. Drinking a bottle now and it's not the beer I remember it being. The drain is looking mighty thirsty right now.
