But as someone already pointed out, they're closed on Mondays. And the current tap list does not have Trillium or Night Shift listed.

Good for them. Let's grab a cab then! As someone already pointed out its not the only place to meet the peramerers of the search. The current tap list also doesn't mean a thing. I've had fort point there when it wasn't on the list. But good for you, you really got me good. I'm totally going to keep my completely valid opinions to myself now. You are a modern hero.

Guy asks for a place to visit on Monday, you recommend a place that's closed on Monday. Totally valid.

This thread has veered a bit off topic, but I wanted to add my thoughts as I'm frequently in the OP's position traveling for work and looking for a good spot close to my hotel. Yes, Row34, Hobo, and Deep Ellum are awesome. But if you're in town on business and have one free night and no car, they aren't convenient and certainly are not walking distance from Copley. While $30 on cabs/Uber may be worth it to some, if one is just looking for a nice spot near the hotel for a beer and a bite, it's overkill. This is my own bias as someone who travels and isn't looking to spend a lot of time/effort getting around when I know I'll be more than happy to find some local beers on tap near where I'm staying.

Within walking distance to Copley there are two options for Trillium on draft on a Monday night (Stoddards is closed on Mondays, with limited exceptions): Tip Tap Room and The Merchant. Merchant is a shorter and simpler walk so would get my vote. And don't forget about Trillium and Night Shift bottles at Urban Grape, which is just a couple blocks from all of the hotels in Copley.

Lord Hobo is actually doing a Trillium dinner tonight. I think it's sold out, but they open to the public at 9:30 with what I assume will be a number of Trillium beers. Could do dinner at CBC and then head over to Hobo. Again, not walking distance, but probably your best bet if the OP is really chasing Trillium.

Stoddard's service is great, no doubt about that. However, they rarely have Trillium on tap in my experience.

Thanks everyone, picked up night shift and trillium to take home and had some night shift at the merchant.
