I have been sitting on a batch 2 consecration for a long time (obviously). Is it still good? Any ideas? I'm hoping it's just super funky and sour and I'm going to love it.

Had it on tap at chirchills renaissance in march it's was amazing.
A standout amongst the dozens of mind blowing beers on tap that day.
    Cheers

Nice! It's by far the oldest beer that I have. At least that I know of...

Consecration definitely develops that funky/sour taste over time as the bugs continue to do their work. Personally, I prefer it aged to fresh. I'll be holding onto my B1/1 bottles for a while.

I had one a few weeks ago- flavors are well integrated, sour as ever but it doesn't "pop" out there. Lots of oaky vanilla too, chocolate covered cherry too. Drinking very good!
