I've heard there is some variation between bottlings of this year's BCBS. I had a couple 8/23 bottles and they were pretty good. Anyone have a favorite bottling from this year?
My bottles are all from 09/20 and they are super delicious. I'd like to see more BAs chime in with other edition opinions too.
Pretty good? I've gone thru roughly 4 cases since October mainly purchased in 4 paks from many locations in PA, NJ, and NY. Every bottle has been spot on perfect, the best beer in the world (by far) along with the coffee and cherry. The last one in my frig just happens to be 9/20. Stop looking for things that aren't there. The variation is people, not the beer.
I have a bunch of 8/23, 9/6 and 9/20 sitting in the closet. One bottle of 9/17 left as well. I have not seen much of a difference, if any, in tasting these so far. Its all very good! This thread makes me think I want more BCBS... mmmm.
